Replacing Fogged Up Windows

Replacing fogged up windows: A large portion of this home’s dual-pane aluminum windows had broken spacer systems which allowed for the formation of condensation between the glass panes. ¬†We often see this problem with aluminum windows in Arizona because the sun heats up the metal frames to such a high temperature that the spacers are bound to fail.

This customer had his windows replaced with Milgard’s Tuscany series. ¬†Please click through the image slider to see the process of removing the windows and the finished installation.
